Career Mentor ProgramSM
Career Potential, LLC offers a dynamic, three-month coaching program to help individuals conduct a highly-effective career transition or job search. Working closely with their Career Coach, participants work through the proprietary Career Potential process.
The Coaching Process
The Career Coach takes you through a comprehensive program to reveal what you really want, and then plans a strategy to get you there. During the 12-week engagement, we conduct a thorough career evaluation, and then execute an action plan that leverages your proven strengths and builds a bridge to the next level of professional success.
Who We Work With
Career Potential has conducted the Career Mentor Program with individuals from all industries and backgrounds. Clients typically:
- Are executives and management professionals looking for significant career advancement
- Are searching for a new position or are transitioning into a different career
- Need objective advice on long-term career strategy and/or immediate on-the-job improvement to enhance career satisfaction
- Accept feedback well, are willing to change behavior and/or think about career issues in a new context
- Are highly-motivated to achieve their full career potential and create lasting success
How This Program Works
Utilizing all the strategies, resources, exercises and tools in The Ultimate Career Guide, Career Potential provides an intensive, one-on-one consulting experience, including ongoing support via e-mail, phone and video chat for a period of three months. This makes a substantial impact and generates exceptional results!
The Career Coaching Relationship
In a fully-confidential manner, Career Potential provides the personalized guidance you need, offering the insight and experience to help you move forward. If you lose focus or get “stuck,” your Career Coach will offer the structure and accountability to help you regain momentum.
Counselor, coach, editor, strategist, advocate, mentor, “sounding board” – your Career Coach will probably fulfill all these roles during the consulting engagement. There is a personal commitment between Career Potential and every client. We see it as a partnership aimed at a single goal: helping you create and sustain the kind of career you want and deserve!
