Fletcher brings more than 20 years’ combined experience in corporate sales and marketing, career transition / outplacement, training, and consulting. As Senior Consultant for Career Potential, LLC, Susan has the dual role of conducting business development and providing career coaching and training services.

Her strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and market awareness are key assets that contribute to her success both as a relationship manager and career consultant.

Prior to joining Career Potential’s team, Susan was with Manchester Partners, Inc. and Right Management Consultants in the capacity of Project Consultant. Her career consulting experience includes: skills assessment, outplacement counseling, change management, career development, self-marketing, networking, resume writing, interviewing skills and workshop delivery.

Susan managed a career center for Manchester’s number one client, overseeing the delivery of customized services to more than 5,000 displaced employees. In this role, she supervised everyday operations, coordinated job development activities and delivered counseling services.

As Principal Consultant for Robb Associates, Susan developed and designed training programs, conducted workshops and facilitated learning in the following disciplines: quality improvement, customer service, team building and strategic account management.

During her 16 years at Xerox Corporation, Susan held a myriad of sales and marketing positions, such as Key Account Executive, Business Products Specialist and Dealer Sales Manager. While at Xerox, she managed such major accounts as CIGNA, Wachovia, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and ARAMARK. Susan established marketing strategies, negotiated contracts and developed tracking and recognition programs. She received the President’s Club Award numerous times, the Malcolm Baldrige Team Excellence Quality Award and the Branch Manager’s Award for total achievement.

Susan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and currently serves on the Board of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association (GVFHRA). Susan has also assumed numerous leadership roles in her community, including work for the Media-Providence Friends School and Middletown Montessori School, Girl Scouts of America and the Western Delaware County Food Alliance.
